 In February 2005 I moved internally to the bank sponsored Hedge Fund that had over $5bln of client assets under management of which $2bln was dedicated to Convertible Bond Arbitrage Strategies. I was seconded for my experience, knowledge and valuation skills to co-manage the International Convertible Bond investments. From June 2006 I was in charge of all Non-US CB trading at KBC AIM.
 The diversified nature of Convertible Bonds means I have broad experience to a range of other products that I would also trade to hedge out additional undesirable risks within my investment portfolio; these include Credit Default Swaps, Asset Swaps, Options (single stock and index), Var Swaps, Bond Futures, Interest Rate Swaps, Total Return Swaps, Dividend Swaps and Stock Lending
 Principal Trading Strategy was relative value Convertible & Volatility Arbitrage in Europe, Asia and Japan, maintaining a bias to be long volatility over medium to long term maturities on a relative value basis.
 High emphasis on controlling risks within portfolios, ensured minimal as possible negative impact to NAV of funds in adverse market conditions.
 Keep portfolios well diverse in terms of names, industry class, and beta to general indices.
 Full understanding of cost structures employed within investments with careful note taken on return on capital employed.
 Successfully traded Convertible Bonds as part of an M&A Strategy.
 Solid understanding of Balance Sheets and Credit Analysis.
 Successful and profitable track record especially in 2008 (Figures available on request)
 In 2008 was awarded second prize in the Euro Hedge annual awards for the category Convertible Bond Fund of the year
