The Role
You will specialise within the Banking sector running a temp desk, leveraging and developing existing client relationships. This role is ideally suited to a professional consultant who understands client relationships and the honesty, trust, maturity, and respect that underpins long term relationships. This organisation has built the business around such relationships, with candidates and clients, therefore this is a quality that you should possess.
You will be a senior recruitment consultant, or executive recruiter who is seeking an exceptional new work environment. This orgainsation offers an open working culture, a collaborative professional environment.
You will join a team of consultants who have the experience and tenacity to understand corporate objectives, cultures and requirements, well versed in industry knowledge and the search & selection processes.
