Company Information: This organisation is one of the world’s largest and most cutting edge Property Development companies. They are working on up to 20 projects at any one time and projects range from residential and commercial buildings to coastal and leisure areas involving innovative engineering technologies. Responsibilities:
- This is a pivotal role in developing the group’s internal financial reporting processes, systems, documentation and analysis. Your role is to directly keep senior management up to date on performance and issue’s arising. This includes consolidated monthly budgets, group business planning and forecasting, and consolidated monthly management reports.
- Manage, control and direct the budgeting, planning, forecasting and cost control across the group
- Consolidated monthly management reports
- Review and analyze business performance and provide advice
- Direct the integration of the financial reporting processes for all M&A activities
- Manage all internal financial information required for capital raising projects
- Interpersonal skills to work closely with all internal and external stakeholders
- Advising on appropriate systems to ensure accurate, deadline driven information
- Advise on implementing and developing business KPIs
Ideal skills, experience and qualifications:
- 10 years + experience
- Immaculate attention to detail
- High level accounting and financial skills
- Self motivated, and the ability to manage stakeholder relationships and work with senior executives across the group
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in the property development industry preferred
- Experience in a multinational organisation preferred with exposure to the Middle East highly regarded
