About the Company

As the Corporate Receptionist you will be the face and voice of this leading Insurance Company.  Close to Town Hall station in the heart of the CBD.  The company is friendly and supportive.

About the Position

 As the Receptionist you will answer and direct calls, meet and greet visitors, arrange couriers, manage and maintain meeting rooms and perform other admin duties.

 

About You

You need:

  • Professional presentation
  • Excellent communication skills
  • 2 or more years reception experience
  • A friendly personality
  • A "can do" attitude
  • Attention to detail
  • Good Word and Excel skills
