With this growth comes the requirement of a Divisional Financial Controller to head up one side of the business. Supporting the group operations of the business you will work closely with the CEO andamp; Directors as part of the senior management team.
Your success will be measured through your ability to achieve financial reporting control, detailed planning and analysis including preparation of board reports, system and process improvements especially around inventory management and developing a team of committed professionals.
With a proven track record of success in a product related environment, you will also have formal qualifications in accounting, strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to mentor and lead a team.
